Your Board of Directors is working to prepare for the rapidly approaching yomim nora’im. As such, we need to communicate a few items of interest and we are counting on your prompt response to several questions/issues:
- It is imperative that we get a preliminary head count on the number of adult members and their guests that we can reliably expect. Please reply with the number of adults we can expect separately, for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
- In order to receive assigned seats for the holidays, your dues and pledges must be paid in full for 5774. This also applies for your eligibility to vote at our upcoming General Membership meeting to be held IY’H on Sunday, November 2nd. Elections will be held at this meeting.
- We once again urge you all to visit the Shul’s new web site, ansheiafard.org. Once there, log on, peruse the site, and take a few minutes to access your profile. Please fill-in all of your pertinent family information. In addition to our new email address we will be using the site for all member/community communications and accounting functions.
- We are hard at work, setting up the new site, getting all of the Shul’s accounting information uploaded and sending out new member statements.
